We live in a world where we accept to live by sub standard means.
What does that mean?
Meaning your lack of discipline will always be your cryptonite.
Results are measured by daily improvement.
My goal everyday is simple.


Be better than yesterday!
That should be your one goal🥅 . No excuses, just be better than yesterday.
That being said, you will fail. You’ll make a mistake and slack off.
Doesn’t matter. Get better today.


I’m walking this through with a few guys right now.
They’ve slacked off.
But that’s what accountability is for.

20 yard backwards shuttle run

3 Rounds:

20 Dumbbell squat press (pick challenging weight)
20 Kettlebell swings
20 KB Thrusters
20 yard weights KB lunge
30 Pushups
20 Yard weighted KB lunge
