  • Work: 40 hours a week

  • Quality Time with Family & Friends: 3 hours a day (21 hours a week)

  • Downtime/Relaxation: 3 hours a day (21 hours a week)


After all that, you still have 30 hours left every week to attack your goals and pursue your dreams.

It’s not about having time; it’s about making time.
