There are 168 hours in a week.
That’s 1,440 minutes each day.
Let’s break it down:
Work: 40 hours a week
Sleep: 8 hours a day (56 hours a week)
Quality Time with Family & Friends: 3 hours a day (21 hours a week)
Downtime/Relaxation: 3 hours a day (21 hours a week)
After all that, you still have 30 hours left every week to attack your goals and pursue your dreams.
It’s not about having time; it’s about making time.
