He committed to living the healthiest life possible for his family.

When he started out alcohol was something that was a pleasure for him…
Now, it’s hanging out and playing with his kids.

who can commit to a process and follow through.
Justin realized he needed to be coached on the mindset,
the nutrition and now comes the šŸ’Ŗ muscle…
Justin next step is a six 6ļøāƒ£ pack in 3 months.


This is how he’s going to do it…

1. Before every shower he’s going to do 30 Flutter Kicks and 30 Bicycle Crunches

2. Every time he sits down at the TV he’s going to do at least 2 minutes of planks. (Whether or not the kids jump on his back).

3. 4 strength session of at least 25 minutes every week!

šŸ‘‹ P.S. I didn’t even tell you that Justin has a demanding job, a wife, 4 kids and one being an infant child.
