When he started out alcohol was something that was a pleasure for himā€¦
Now, itā€™s hanging out and playing with his kids.

who can commit to a process and follow through.
Justin realized he needed to be coached on the mindset,
the nutrition and now comes the šŸ’Ŗ muscleā€¦
Justin next step is a six 6ļøāƒ£ pack in 3 months.


This is how heā€™s going to do itā€¦

1. Before every shower heā€™s going to do 30 Flutter Kicks and 30 Bicycle Crunches

2. Every time he sits down at the TV heā€™s going to do at least 2 minutes of planks. (Whether or not the kids jump on his back).

3. 4 strength session of at least 25 minutes every week!

šŸ‘‹ P.S. I didnā€™t even tell you that Justin has a demanding job, a wife, 4 kids and one being an infant child.
