He committed to living the healthiest life possible for his family.
Heās the generational change. - Legacy!
When he started out alcohol was something that was a pleasure for himā¦
Now, itās hanging out and playing with his kids.
Heās an intentional Dad that stepped into his calling as an Alpha Male!
This world š needs more people like Justin,
who can commit to a process and follow through.
Justin realized he needed to be coached on the mindset,
the nutrition and now comes the šŖ muscleā¦
Justin next step is a six 6ļøā£ pack in 3 months.
This is how heās going to do itā¦
1. Before every shower heās going to do 30 Flutter Kicks and 30 Bicycle Crunches
2. Every time he sits down at the TV heās going to do at least 2 minutes of planks. (Whether or not the kids jump on his back).
3. 4 strength session of at least 25 minutes every week!
š P.S. I didnāt even tell you that Justin has a demanding job, a wife, 4 kids and one being an infant child.
